Scope and Contents

The map features outlines of eight buildings labeled with the following names Oleson, Richard Lawrence, John Sackerson, Mrs. Lowry, Everett Lackso, H. Pascoe, and Richardson. Two places are marked with a red dot with a circle around it and labeled as Billings and Ross. The map features a blue doted lines that represents water pipe lines and black dotted lines that represent stone walls. It has two red Latitude lines of 800-N, and 1000-N, and four Longitude lines of 1400-W, 1600-W, 1800-W, and 2000-W.

Printed on the back of the map is the following note: "To Whom it May Concern:- The plotting of the ground shown on this map does not indicate any intention to dedicate any portion of it for lots, blocks, streets, alleys, or highways. This map is made merely for the convenience of the survey office of the Homestake Mining Company, and for its use exclusively. // [unsigned signature line] // Engineer in charge."
