Drawing features a plat with an outline of a building labeled "103" next to Third Street in Lead, South Dakota. There is a note about the sidewalk on the drawing as "Sidewalk laid prior to 1959," and "Fire hydrant at 55 Third St." There is an aditional note that reads "Note: // Oct. 6, 1962: Dearing to Cor. 1 from Cor. 3E/879 was in error. Made correction. // C.N.H." The drawing also features M.S. 879 Echo.
