Also featured on the drawing is M.S. 77 Block, M.S. 740 South Star, M.S. 473 Bouncing Boy, and M.S. 353 Nun Such. There is a note on the drawing that states "Note: Entire lot fenced, except for driveway into garage. House is also known as 413 Grand Ave." Robert J. Sliper, Registered Surveyor No. 2505, signed the drawing with his seal stamped onto the document.
