Details for the Installation of Steel Beam and Cable GUide Rail (Sheet 8) for the State of South Dakota, Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, Federal Aid Project, No. RS-1240 (4), Federal Aid Secondary Routh No. 121, Meade County, Grading and Structure.

Sheet 8 contains drawings of standard details for steel beam rail guide including: section thru rail element, 8 gage galvanized rectangulat post bolt washer, terminal section, special end shoe, post bolt, instalation, and rail splce. It also contains a drawing of typical installation for fillslopes.

Drawings of typical installations outside shoulder at bridge including bridge same with as should width and bridge width less than shoulder width has been crossed out. Also crossed out are drawings of typical medium installation at bridge ends, typicall instation at bridge piers (outside shoulder), and typical median installation at bridges.
