Abstract The Homestake Timber Contracts Paperwork collection includes documents regarding the sale of timber from National Forest Service land to the Homestake Mining Company from the late 1890s through the 1960s. The material also includes reasearch and correspondence from as late as the 1990s. The documents list the amount of timber sold and from which locations.
