Scope and Contents
The Yuill/Sundstrom papers consists of 20 boxes of materials of professional and personal projects of Camille Yuill and her daughter, Jessie Yuill Sundstrom. The materials were created or utilized by one or both of the women during their careers. The materials include papers, manuscripts, maps, photographs, negatives, CD-Roms, DVDs, VHS tapes and oversize documents.

This collection is housed at the Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center with no restrictions to access. The collection may be utilized during normal operating hours or by appointment.

Separation Note
Fourteen photographs of monuments and grave markers. Six are unidentified; one photograph of monument marked 'Nolin'; one photograph of the grave marker of Henry O. Quiner; two photographs of the Ross Monument in Custer built for Horatio N. Ross, the man that discovered gold in the Black Hills-one photo is taken at the dedication; one photograph of the memorial in Custer to Annie Tallent, the first white woman in the Black Hills; one contemporary photograph of the grave marker of James A. Whitehead; one contemporary photograph of the monument at the Bismarck Trail in Ben Ash; one contemporary photograph of a woman standing at a memorial for Sioux delegates that signed the Treaty of 1858.
