Drawing features an area that is labeled "Permit to City of Lead Off-Street Parking and Recreation" and one labeled "Permit to Merton Corkins 501 Miners Ave." along Railraod Ave. and Miners Ave. There is a note that states "Note: // That part of the City of Lead Permit lying North of the Lead City Townsite Line, is that part of Lot 2 - Block 8 of the Sunnyside Addition, known as the Fraser Lot." Written in light pencil in the "Permit to City of Lead Off-Site Parking and Recration" are is "This area to be given up by city for garages to be built by owner of 510 Railroad Ave // 5/2/70 // will make new permits when garages are built." Additional features include M.S. 1316 Rome, M.S. 467 Rosetta, and M.S. 1909 Luck Boy.
