Drawing features an outline of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company's freight depot on Julius Street, North Mill Street, and Exchange Street in Lead, South Dakota. There is a set of dotted lines representing the pipe line from a stone wall, past the railroad tracks and east to North Mill Street.
