Drawing features a key with symbols for values, tees turned up, water mains, and drain pipes. The Drawing features the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy railroad, a Valve House, Whitetail Creek, and a Boiler room. Pipes are shown groing from the boiler room, across Whitetail Creek, to the value house, along side the railroad to the Old Abe Siphons.
